Today Mario and I went to Lincoln Park to play some tennis. It was aight but, there was nobody there. Word must have spread that Mario was making his way to the...WEST SIDE!
Anyway, I think I mentioned this to a couple of guys but, I had the idea that we should have a "Wood Racquet Only" Tournament. At least for now a "Wood Racquet Only" Doubles tourney because it would be easier to organize and get more players involved. Sound like a cool idea? I think it would be the shiznizzle to break out the wood racquets and start banging some balls old school son! A few guys were definitely interested.

Too bad I missed seeing the guys that went to Lincoln Park. I was working on a fence and it took most of the day. I'll be there tomorrow in the afternoon, later afternoon.
Count myself and Gordon in on the wooden racquet event.
Looks like more of the good weather for sure.

I"m not sure how that will go, I have enough problems hitting with a racquet twice a woody size.
